Ben’s ADR Evolution
In 2020, based on Ben’s advocacy prowess in the construction field, the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), the leading alternate dispute resolution organization in the world, invited and added Ben to serve on its distinguished Large Complex Case Panel of Construction Arbitrators. In 2022, Ben decided that he could bring significant value to the Construction Industry by serving as a Mediator. In 2022, Ben completed his Mediation Training at the prestigious University of California, Hastings College of Law’s Center for Negotiation and Dispute Resolution.
In Mediation, based on the mutual respect that he enjoys from both sides of the dispute, Ben is free to implement his dynamic interpersonal temperament to redirect the parties to constructively advance their positions toward resolution. However, it is Ben’s unique relentless dedication to “close” that makes the ultimate difference in assisting so many litigants to achieve resolutions in situations where others cannot.
Since beginning his ADR career in late, 2020, Ben has established himself as a preeminent Arbitrator and Mediator for many high-stakes, complex Construction Disputes of many varieties. After several years of displaying elite skills as both an Arbitrator and Mediator, Ben’s ADR reputation in the Construction Industry has climbed sharply.
